At The Label Hire, we aim to ensure your hired items arrive on time and in perfect condition. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your booking.
DISPATCH & POSTAGE
All postal hires are dispatched via Australia Post Express Post to provide the fastest and most reliable delivery service available.
For hires requiring postage, bookings must be placed prior to 3:00pm on Tuesday to allow sufficient time for delivery ahead of weekend events.
Orders placed after this cut-off may not arrive in time for your event, and The Label Hire cannot be held responsible for late bookings.
TRACKING & DELIVERY
Tracking details will be provided during the week of your scheduled hire period once your order has been dispatched.
Customers are responsible for actively monitoring all tracking updates associated with their booking.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout, as The Label Hire is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect address details.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they are available to receive and collect their parcel within the hire period.
Any delivery timeframes provided by The Label Hire or Australia Post are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
The Label Hire is not responsible for delays caused by missed deliveries, delayed parcel collection, customer unavailability, or parcels returned to sender.
DELAYS & RESPONSIBILITY
While all orders are dispatched promptly and within the stated timeframes, The Label Hire is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or other courier services, including delays due to weather, public holidays, peak periods, or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers are encouraged to place bookings as early as possible during peak periods to minimise the risk of courier delays.
Courier delays do not automatically qualify for refunds, credits, or extensions of the hire period.
All postal returns must also be lodged using Australia Post Express Post by the required return deadline outlined in our Returns & Cancellation Policy.
